Music legend Reba McEntire, who won her Favorite Replacement BACA in 2001
for Annie Get Your Gun, stars in Malibu Country opposite Lily Tomlin, a Favorite
Solo Performance winner for the revival of The Search for Signs of Intelligent
Life in the Universe
, also in 2001.


Laurence Fishburne earned an Audience Choice Award for his solo performance in 2008’s Thurgood, and appears on the TV in the crime drama Hannibal.


Lea Michele won two Audience Choice Awards for her performance
in Spring Awakening in 2007, while her Glee co-star Darren Criss, a former
BACA host, won a Favorite Replacement trophy for How to Succeed in
Business Without Really Trying
in 2012.


Christian Borle won BACA voters over with his performances in 2005’s Spamalot
and 2012’s Peter and the Starcatcher, and his Smash co-star Jeremy Jordan
took home two awards for Newsies in 2012.

The 2013 Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards will be held on Sunday, May 5 at The Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall in the Time Warner Center in New York City.
